None of the military action/equipment/techniques are realistic at all:Generals don't fly around with only two people escorting them.
A General would not give orders to soldiers to "secure the area". A Captain or Sergeant would be there to do that.
Generals don't walk around with pistols on their hips inside the USA.
Special forces operatives are not Colonels, they are usually Sergeants, and occasionally Captains.
Driving like a maniac is no way to secretly follow someone, they will surely notice.
If he was going to attack Sully, there is no reason to bother following him for hours first. Just attack him right away.
Equipment like rocket launchers are not sold in sporting goods stores,
Police would not forget to look around to see who else was involved in the robbery, they would have found the girl in the getaway car.

An M202-Flash (The "rocket launcher") does not have the explosive power to flip a vehicle, it creates a ball of flame instead of an explosion. It is the modern replacement for flame throwers.
No military person would row a boat to shore for combat in their swimming trunks.
No military person operating in a town or city environment would put camouflage paint on their face, instead they would try to disguise themselves as a local delivery person.
Claymore mines don't work like that.
Guns do not fire forever on one clip.
No military person tries to fire rifles and machine guns with only one hand, unless the other arm was cut off.
No military person stands up in the middle of combat to shoot, especially when outnumbered.
No military person takes off their body armor in combat.
The Armored Vehicles etc are archaic.
There is a lot of inconsistency between them wanting to keep Matrix alive one moment so he can do their bidding, and trying to kill him in the next moment.
