When Sully is jogging past the USS Intrepid Museum, there is no actual place he could go to see the F-4 Phantom on the deck that close and nearly level with the flight deck. In reality, he would be lucky to even spot the tail of the plane from any adjacent property. The actual F-4 on the Intrepid is a USMC aircraft, but in the movie it is a USAF aircraft and the tail number on the Intrepid F-4 is the same as the one he flies in the the flashback scene.
