When the flying monkeys drive their motorcycles into the sweat shop, they are facing the direction of Evilene, who is standing at her throne. When the flying monkeys speed away on their motorcycles, they drive forward to where Evilene is standing. There is no where for them to have exited the shop going forward as the scene implies they had.
