When Lucky spots Rusty outside his hotel window she and the kids are on the top platform of the high-diving board (which no parent would allow their 4, 5 ,and 6 year-olds do). When Mancini walks over and looks out the same window a moment later she's on the ground with the kids on the low diving board.
