At 57 minutes when mick asks the cop how he likes his eggs which the reply is over easy, as mick is plating the eggs he drops one of them on the floor then picks it up off the floor and plates it. If this was a true over easy egg the yolk would have broke the second it hit the floor making it impossible to pick up and then plate.
