(at around 45 mins) When Professor McGonagall uses the charm Piertotum Locomotor to incarnate statues to protect Hogwarts, only three statues appear onscreen to jump down from the walls and the sound effects suggests that the additional two also jumped down, but in the next scene dozens of statues are seen marching out in from the Hogwarts building into the front yard.
