The park tour runs on an automated computer program. It's likely designed to pick up guests at the Visitor's Center, complete a single circuit around the park, and then return the guests to the Visitor's Center. It's highly unlikely that the tour vehicles on the track would be able to be turned around and return to the Tyrannosaur paddock on the same track (as shown by the vehicles' distance to the paddock fence).
