The red Ford "FX4 Off Road" pick-up truck seen at the moment of the suicide [hanging] states it is a "F250" model. As both Leigh and Guy drive off together, at the very end of the film, the car is now a "F350" model [that has only "4X4" to describe it at the back wing] that is seen near the front left-hand-side of the wheel arch. Also, the large black "box" in the back, against the back window, of the F250 pick-up is, too, gone.
