When Aaron is leaving the outpost, Outcome #3 can be seen following him out of the front door. Moments later, the drone missile destroyed the cabin and killed #3 who was presumably still inside the structure. A frame-by-frame advance of the explosion even shows the silhouette of a man's body still inside the building.
