He meets Olivetti in Rome and goes the Swiss Guard Headquarters at 6:53p Rome time, barely 8 hours later. A direct flight from Boston to Rome is about 8 hrs 40 mins. This does not leave enough time to get dressed, packed, boarded, landed, get in a helicopter, land and get to the Swiss Guard's headquarters. There isn't enough time for Langdon to be in Rome before the first killing.
