While Grandpa's stories are initially considered to be fantasies by his grandson, his reference to Colonel Sanders being a participant and being "Private" Sanders during the Bay of Pigs invasion would be unbelievable simply due to Sander's age, even if the story later turns out to be true. Harlan Sanders was born in September of 1890 and would have thus been 70 years old when the Cuban invasion occurred in April of 1961.
