(at around 34 mins) When the toilet is leaking in the bathroom, the water is leaking from the water line valve not the tank. However, the water running down the tile is blue, as if it came from a tank that had toilet cleanser in it. In the director's commentary, they explain that the water they used was deliberately blue so that the audience could see it better. If the water had been ordinary clear water it would be almost invisible to the audience. However, during this scene, the floor is shown to be sloping down, slightly, in order to get the water to run across the floor.
