Livingston getting busted by the "FBI" was not planned by the crew; Livingston specifically requests this be kept secret from the rest of the crew. When he is arrested and Willy Bank decides to test his fingerprints for known associates, the crew is surprised and Basher is forced to impersonate an stuntman to distract Bank. If the bust was planned, the crew should have planned for Bank to test the fingerprints (or they should have used gloves when handling the equipment). Livingston had secretly enlisted the help of Roman Nagel (Eddie Izzard) and Agent Caldwell (Bob Einstein).
