Westworld's realism leaves much to be desired. A person killed by gunfire would not magically come back to life the next day. After a "bad guy" android is "killed" by a guest, that android should not have been put back into use until after the guest that shot it had left the resort. However, the guests would clearly be informed about how this works beforehand, and it makes sense considering all possible entertainment should be available to all guests.
