At 01:00:08 of the movie, Niall is attempting to push start his car with Dina is in the driver's seat. The masked killer comes up behind Niall, hits him in the back with an ax and then pulls the ax out of Niall's back. The very next scene shows Niall lying on the ground behind the car with the ax stuck in his back.
