After Megan tells Tom where Frankie (Rory) is going, Frankie has less than a five minute head start. Yet, when Tom first goes after Frankie, it is dark outside, and in the space of a few minutes two hours passes by and it is now daylight. Additionally, there is no way that Frankie could have loaded all the missiles from the van onto the boat and had the boat ready to sail all by himself, from dark to daylight, in less than five minutes.
