Dunn enters the hotel, and take a room upstairs. Notice the stairs are in the opposite side of the entry door.
When he is looking by the window, one can say it's the 2nd or 3rd floor ; then Dunn jumps out and catch the hooker in the alley.
A few minutes later, one can see Cameron going down the same stairs.
But it's impossible, because at that time, he doesn't know yet the number of Dunn's room and he then asks the desk clerk.
And anyway, did he climbed the outside wall in first place ? That does not make any sense at all.
