The M2A1 105mm howitzers seen "firing" during the Naktong River battle scene are not actually doing so. While they do emit a flash and recoil as they fire, the recoil action is too smooth, and the artillerymen operating the gun are seen opening and closing the breech of the gun at its normal position even as the gun is recoiling, suggesting that they weren't actually firing the howitzer. There should also have been a larger effect around the area as the gun fires.
