When the draft has gotten to pick #4, Coach Penn says teams picking 2 & 3 went with their expected picks despite Callahan being available. When Sonny talks to the Jaguars GM Carson, he says that the Rams took his pick. If the Rams took their expected player, the Jaguars couldn't have had their whole draft thrown into a state of panic (the main reason to make the Browns trade with $6) thinking that player would still be there 4 picks later.
