The disposition of Sai Luhn's body changes between shots. The first shot of her head shows it turned to her left on a bare floor. In subsequent shots, a pool of blood appears above her shoulder. In the third shot of her body, taken from behind at floor level, her head now is looking to the ceiling, rather than to her left.
