In the beginning where Mr. Freeze bails out of the space ship, Batman and Robin have a long conversation before jumping out but somehow quickly catch up to Mr. Freeze while diving through the sky. It would not be possible for them to gain on Mr. Freeze that fast after that long of a time lapse.
