Late in the movie, Bond uses a rocket-cigarette to kill the operator of the crater roof and he moves in to open the roof. A few seconds after he fires the cigarette-rocket, one of Blofelds henchman calls out over the inter-com: "Armed guards to the control-room." That voice was made by actor Burt Kwouk, yet during this call for guards he is actually seen standing up and NOT speaking at all, meaning the voice was added later.
