At the end, when Moe and Larry are breaking rocks on Curly's head, he says the line "That's a real one! I'm no fool." and starts laughing, with Moe and Larry about to, also. This was considered to be ad-lib moment for many years, but it was confirmed that it was indeed written into the script (the way Moe and Larry react makes it seem like an ad-lib).
