When Philip and Cathy are driving up to the hotel in Bermuda, he is driving: (1) on the right side of the road - in Bermuda, one drives on the left; (2) a French Citroën DS19 car with the steering wheel on the left - virtually unknown in Bermuda, where small British cars with the steering wheel on the right is the norm; and, (3) himself - Bermuda doesn't have car rentals and only residents are allowed to own cars.
