In the last scene, Anna's sisters are fighting over letting the other sister eat first, and Anna is waiting there, In one take, while shifting from point of view of parents, Anna is already chewing on something, like they had just done a take where she was still finishing what she had in her mouth. This is before she jumps in to get the first piece of pizza which she couldn't eat since getting ill.
