Why they didn't notify the airport security to Dusan on arrival? Because the video was found in an apartment registered to one Vlado Miric, who they do, in fact, instruct airport security to detain. This leads them to catch a guy traveling under this name (being surprised he is not the man in the video like they assumed), who claims he bought the passport on the streets in Sarajevo - but obviously they don't catch the real bomber, Dusan Gavric, at the airport because they don't know about him at this point in time, and believe his likeness to be that of Mr. Miric.
