When Tripp is tied up in the chair, the camera cuts to a shot of his feet turning him to his right, putting the stairs in the background directly behind him. The camera cuts to a head shot of Tripp showing the stairs on his left, but then it cuts back to his feet and shows the stairs directly behind him again as he taps his right foot.
