When an F-22 is scrambled from Andrews AFB, the pilot says "ETA 4 minutes." However, Andrews is located only 10 miles from Washington and the F-22's top speed is Mach 2.2 (1,500 MPH). Therefore, the ETA should been reported as 24 seconds.
