Warning: Spoilers! In the beginning of the movie, the van is brown and unmodified. The crew modify the van extensively (including painting it dark gray) for the heist. At the end of the movie the van is once again unmodified and brown. This is the same van used in subsequent Marvel Avengers movies, including Endgame.
