(at around 19 mins) The trolley is loaded onto the ambulance in the raised position. The mounting mechanism will not lock the trolley in place unless it is in its lowest position. As soon as the ambulance drove off- at speed- the trolley would have rolled all over the place. Of course, we don't see inside at this time.
