(at around 8 mins) At the beginning of the movie, when the SUV flips - Deadpool says "Shit. Did I leave the stove on?" a split second later, you see a guy on a motorcycle get decapitated. If you pause the movie as soon as Deadpool starts to say the line, you can clearly see the guy get decapitated twice. Once in a shot from his right, then a split second later from a front view.
