The firearm which Wolfe uses in his attempt to kill Michael while Michael is talking to Maya is a Pachmayr Dominator (a conversion for the .45 caliber 1911 pistol which makes it shoot .308 rifle bullets). This weapon can only shoot one bullet before needing to be reloaded. However, Wolfe rapidly fires several shots at Michael and Rachel as if he is firing a regular automatic pistol, but far too quickly for a single-shot pistol.
