Almost at the end, when Danny is packing Uncle Joe's stuff in the hospital, he puts a bedpan in the bag and then takes it out. It's never explicitly shown (only heard off screen), but in the bedpan are a few of Uncle Joe's belongings, which Danny empties into the bag. Then he puts the now empty bedpan back on the table. He never meant to put the bedpan in the bag. He was merely to use it as a delivery device for the things that were in it.
