When McClane is in the aqueduct tunnel and shoots the men in the truck, you can hear him make 7 shots, yet there are 12 bullets holes in the door. Also, when the door is opened you can see only 2 of the 12 bullets penetrated the inner panel even though each bad guy was hit by 3 bullets each.
