If Lhikan was the last of his team and the rest got hunted down, why was he spared and put into prison after being captured by the evil Dark Hunters? Of course, he has to be alive to be able to meet the other characters and forward the plot, but it's not explained why they didn't simply kill him like the rest of his team. Makuta, who hired the Dark Hunters, clearly didn't need him and the Dark Hunters try to kill him anyway once he escapes.
