When going to the Lost City, they enter a cave at sea level. One of the bad guys soon after falls to his death a in a cartoonishly large pit. If they were at sea level, the pit would likely be filled with water and would not have that large of a fall.However, this is of course played for laughs and to parody movies like National Treasure.
