At approximately the 1:20 mark, Ben (Jack Turner) and Cara (Taylor Cole) discover they have a cafe/bookstore in common. Ben asks if it is the cafe on Ballard. He pronounces it, Ba-lard with the emphasis on the 2nd syllable. It should be pronounced Bal-ard with the emphasis on the first syllable -- like mallard as in duck.
