As Rita and Cage are exiting the underground car park at speed, a barrier starts to raise at the top of the ramp. The side of these ramps facing oncoming traffic is essentially a 2-foot wall, there's no way a car could use it as a ramp, it would just plough onto it. Even if the car was coming from the other direction, the (actual) ramps used aren't wide enough to have both wheels hit it at the same time, especially a larger car like a jaguar.
