After the assassination of President Kennedy, when Hoffa and his entourage are being interviewed outside the Teamsters' building, Ray Romano has on all-black frames on his glasses. Hoffa sees the flags are at half-mast.
In the next shot, where they re-raise the flags on the building roof, Romano is wearing different ones with metal on the lower part of the frames.
