When Joi is giving K the name "Joe", K yells "No" at her and it can be seen that her hair gets blown a bit from his breath when yelling. A gust of breath like that would have no effect on her as she is a hologram.However, she is programmed to be an extremely realistic entity and so these parameters could have been taken into account.
