(at around 1h 45 mins) When Nurse Evelyn is holding her fingers in the soldier's neck artery, she uses her right hand. When she asks the doctor what he needs, and turns to get it, she turns her body completely (and her right arm elbow is crooked) obviously taking her fingers away from the man's wound. She then hands the item to the doctor (again with the right hand). There is a cut away to show her hand still on the wound.
