When Monica first visits South Harmon, she comments how difficult it was to find the building, with Batleby responding "We're a pretty well kept secret." Yet, at least 300 college rejects seem to of found the location after being "accepted" fairly easily earlier in the film. And Ambrose finds it just as easily when looking for the building's leaseholder.
