After the first attack on Arrakeen, Paul and Lady Jessica are restrained as they're being taken to be eaten by a worm. Paul is hog-tied, with his hands together across his stomach, and then tied to his feet. Paul tries unsuccessfully to use The Voice, and is struck by one of the guards' guns. After he's struck, Paul lays a free hand on his chest, but in the next shot, he's hog-tied again.
