During the scene near the end on the balcony, after Shaw has shot Heather, you see several times her, or someone looking like her move and even sit down in the reflection from the glass door. Also Garret does not actually pull the trigger of the pistol he has pointed at Shaw, though you DO hear the click of a gun firing on an empty chamber.
