The Cave of Wonders warns, "Only one may enter!" The fact that Abu also enters the cave with Aladdin somehow doesn't violate this rule at all. So, it shouldn't matter that Abu touches any of the treasures within, since his presence doesn't even count to begin with. Instead, it is an integral part of the story.
