(at around 58 mins) When Bumblebee kicks Sam and Mikaela out in the tunnel (right after she asks Sam why Bumblebee transforms into a "piece of crap Camaro"), a crew member's arm is clearly visible pulling up the manual lock pin; the same arm is seen pulling back (the crew member must be hiding behind the passenger seat) once the door opens.
