George gets knocked off the train by the cross bar that the red and green signal lights are mounted on. When George lands on the ground besides the tracks you can see the spot where [Mickey Gilbert], stunt double for [Gene Wilder (1933-2016)], had practiced the fall and landing prior to the final take due to the ground being darker than the surrounding area and all messed up. This is the second of three different incidents George gets removed from the train while en-route.
