The Dodge Challenger first shown is mentioned as being a 1972 with a 4.9 litre V8. The fact is that the Challenger is either a 1973 or 74 noted by the extended bumpers though a 72 is shown later as noted by the regular bumper indicating multiple Challengers being used. Secondly, they didn't use litres to describe engine sizes back then and used cubic inch displacement instead (cid). The engine would have been either a 340 cid for 1973 or a 360 for 1974. That said the liter size would have been around 5.8 depending on the engine.
