When Lee Scott (Richard Greene) is in a barn checking out the bandits' truck, the camera cuts between him and shots outside. There are loud birds squawking on the soundtrack during the external shots, but when the camera cuts to Greene, the birds are suddenly cut off, silent. This happens a couple of times in succesion, and is quite intrusive. Finally, the camera cuts back to Greene in the barn and the birds can be heard one last time from inside the barn.
