(at around 19 mins) The morning after the spider bite, Peter comes downstairs and startles his uncle. Just before he does that, Uncle Ben can be seen holding a cup with both of his hands, yet in the next shot, he is holding it with just one hand. He also pulls the cup away from his face "twice", once in each shot.
